Donald Trump won the 2024 election under false pretenses. He soft-pedaled a sales pitch to the American people that hardly resembles the fanatical, hard right turn that is an early hallmark of his term.
While Trump never completely cloaked his radicalism, he defeated Kamala Harris by downplaying the roughest edges of his fundamentalist Christian-appeasing agenda. Most notably, when confronted with ties to the Heritage Foundation’s toxic Project 2025 document, candidate Trump pretended to be clueless. He feigned ignorance despite more than 140 former staff members working on this subversive scheme.
Yet, once firmly seated behind the Resolute Desk, the mendacious mask dropped, and the Orwellian Project 2025 replaced the U.S. Constitution as America’s guiding document.
A TIME analysis found that nearly two-thirds of the executive actions Trump has issued mirror or partially mirror proposals from Project 2025. The New York Times discovered that Trump’s executive orders “echo” Project 2025. They found more than 60 major moves that Mr. Trump and his administration have made in his first 23 days, including executive orders and agency memos, that align with proposals in the blueprint. Arguably the most powerful member of the Trump Administration is Project 2025 architect Russell Vought, who was confirmed as Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
All politicians fib, to some degree, to get elected. But Trump’s colossal misdirection is, perhaps, the greatest bait-and-switch of all time. He didn’t run a campaign, so much as a con, to bamboozle voters into thinking he was somewhat reasonable, when his surreptitious plans were far to the right of radical.
Most research on Project 2025 studies the 900-page document. Truth Wins Out believes that this is insufficient. To find out what these anti-democracy extremists really want, it is imperative to meticulously study the 114 right wing organizations that make up the plot’s Advisory Board.
Truth Wins Out begins this process by listing every organization involved, as well as their location and annual revenue. These unpatriotic radicals have designs to disfigure our democracy. We better know their true intent and the depths of their depravity so we can fight and defeat their nefarious efforts.
In the first part of this post, we list every organization on Project 2025’s advisory board. Then, we list codes we created, so you can know what each organization does at a glance. Finally, we list mission statements (according to these groups) and their annual income.
It’s worth noting that while these organizations disingenuously pose as homespun and populist, they are all very wealthy and their directors quite rich. Truth Wins Out’s original research found that the combined 2024 income for the organization’s listed below was $1.2 billion. If you include the revenue from the handful of universities on the Advisory Board, the income soars to more than $3.3 billion. These oligarch-funded organizations are a threat to liberal democracy, a scourge against human rights and leverage their enormous wealth to overwhelm their adversaries.
Truth Wins Out is also studying these hate groups individually so we know, in great detail, how they precisely intend to undermine America and how we can best stop their campaigns. It’s critically important that we document who is responsible for the vast wreckage of our nation, so these perpetrators can one day be held fully accountable for their full-blown attack on American norms, institutions, democracy and people.
We will not rest until there is justice!

In response to this challenge, ACLJ Action will push beyond the courtroom, throughout the halls of Congress, and into every state capital. League of American Workers
Website
LAB
[Dark Money and Secret Board]
The League of American Workers advocates with facts and ferocity on behalf of largely disregarded American workers. For decades, workers have endured a continual decline in Real Wages and a coinciding reduction in political and policy influence. LAW steps into this breach to shape popular opinion and public policy back toward an agenda that rewards and sustains laborers in America.
Labor unions claim to represent workers, but the corrupt leadership of these fading organizations has been totally captured by The Democrat Party and a cringe radical agenda.
LAW uses incisive and original research and communicates it powerfully to change the conversation and tilt the paradigm back toward workers. Founder and President Steve Cortes leads a young and growing movement of pro-worker patriotic populism.
“I’m honored to help the crucial Project 2025 effort,” he told The Intercept, “to fully staff up a second Trump term with the most talented and philosophically aligned public servants possible to implement an America First national renewal.”
Cortes said the League of American Workers has just three board members, himself and two others, whom he would not name. “We don’t disclose funding and we have a board,” he said in an email.
